Summary, etc Agriculture has been proven to be the largest sector in the global economy and plays a crucial role in the economic development of many countries. However, this sector has been facing numerous crises that must be addressed to achieve sustainable economic development (Mariappan et al, 2019). Today, farmers face a dilemma regarding the best strategies for selling their produce, including timing, buyers, and pricing. These gaps can be mitigated if management experts and farmers work together (Kakati and Roy, 2017). At the backdrop of these smallholder problem, a renewed interest was created in Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) i.e., Farmer Producer Company, which is said to be a most economically viable option for farmers to transformation agricultural into a new profit-oriented company (Navaneetham et al, 2017). NOSAAP (Namsai Organic Spices and Agricultural Products Producer Co. Ltd), incorporated in 2018, aims to increase production, processing, and marketing by collaborating of organic spices and agricultural products. Collaborating with NABARD, the FPC has 575 registered farmers, transforming agricultural products into processed goods. The present study is taken up with two objectives, viz., 1) To study the forward and backward linkages of NOSAAP FPC. 2) To analyse the organizational structure and functioning of NOSAAP. The study utilized primary and secondary sources. For backward and forward linkages, frequency distribution analysis techniques were used. The results of study revealed that respondents had developed backward linkages with FPCs/KVKs scientists for technical guidance, and with cooperatives for getting loans. NOSAAP members had developed forward linkages with marketing board for marketing, whereas, linkages with private sector were developed for storage, processing and value addition; and for organizational structure and functioning, the collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics for logical inferences. These functional linkages with various stakeholders enhance the value chain through Farmer Producer Company (FPC).
